ARTIST STATEMENT

My work, deeply rooted in the nuances of sensory experiences, invites audiences into a world where the ordinary becomes extraordinary. Through mediums that range from installations to performances, I strive to create a dialogue between the viewer and the ordinary, elevating the overlooked aspects of our daily surroundings into subjects of contemplation and wonder.

My recent projects, embedded in their site-specific nature, reveal a deep engagement with the environment and its latent stories. Whether it's through the intimate language of taste in "Strange islands " or the immersive experience of ”Mouth of the River," each piece is a unique exploration of how spaces, objects and flavours can interact, narrate, and evoke emotion. Integral to my work is a commitment to environmental sustainability and a respectful, caring interaction with nature.
